Details about the Lingo game will be sketchy since the only Dutch phrases I know are "Dutch treat" and "Double Dutch".  There are 15,000 words in this game's dictionary.  It also appears that there are game modes with 6 and 7-letter words.  Enjoy the pretty pictures.

The opening screen--exit, help, game rules, high scores list, something Babelfish doesn't understand, and start game.

Here's your first Lingo board.  Just 8 spaces marked off?  We get 10 in the States version.

This blue ball is apparently the Lingo mascot.  He's not too happy since this puzzle wasn't solved.

The green boxes mean the letter is in the correct position, while the purple circles signify that the letter is in the word, but not in the proper position.

To choose a letter, you scroll through the row of letters on the right hand side and use an action button to confirm your selection.

I got this word on my own.  Really.  This wasn't a demo which shows how to play the game.  Holle is the Dutch word for 'hollow'.

That crazy blue ball goes bonkers when you are correct.

He pulled a green ball!  What does that mean?  Darn if I know!

The blue guy goes back into the hopper and pulls out 54.

That much closer to a Lingo.

This is how I usually look after one too many drinks during happy hour.
